Appointment to provide full architectural services for the design and delivery of a total refurbishment to an existing waiting room at Grantham Station to provide a Virgin Trains 'Mini Lounge' concept which the franchise was trialling at Grantham.

The mini lounge concept is to provide an elevated waiting room offering to virgin trains passengers at smaller stations where a full first class lounge offering is not available, so the brief called for vast improvements to be made to the existing space, providing new floor and wall finishes, upgraded seating including high level 'wait and work' tables, franchise related super graphics and a new fresh drinking water point for passenger use.
